Is JA RAVE for Joomla 2.5 is now a responsive template?

Any idea when the responsive version will be released jor joomla 2.5

JA Rave J2.5 is based on T3v2 framework, thus does not support responsive. I am afraid upgrade plan for this is not in place yet.*

Which template for joomla 3.x which is also responsive do you suggest to move to and which will be very similar to JA_Rave in order to not do huge changes on my site?
