Can you tell me which module is used in demo site, when you come to Home/All Categories and which when you go to Home/All Categories/Fashion? I tried with News Pro Module, but it is pointed to Home.

Oh, that is not modules. That is blog category page which override by JA Nex template ( templates/ja_nex/html/com_content/category/blog.php)
