Multiple related sites in one Joomla installation with different templates or each of these sites separately but called from one main site.

Hi
If you want to use the different templates for a different menu item, you can do it in Joomla.
But if its something like you has 5 domains and you want to operate 5 with 1 Joomla, there are no options except you will do hight custom work or use 3rd party tools to merge Joomla admin.
I suggest you install a new Joomla for each new site.
