Hello Rafasky, I had te same problem and it took me ages to figure it out. However I have found the solution:

Go to:
Templates>(JA NIckel)>HTML>Com-content>frontpage>default.item.php

Open default.iem.php with Wordpad, search for “Read More…” and replace it by whatever text you require.
