I don’t found the Optimize CSS and Optimize JS options in new JA Teline IV with T3 template (J 3.2).
So, How can I do to optimize all the JS files?

Is it not within your Template Manager — General settings?

Check Again . . . . I just used the Demo Creator to create a quick demo site.

I checked the Administration – specifically …. Template Manager–Teline IV (default) – General settings.

The “Optimize CSS” option is 3rd from the bottom.

Please update the latest JAT3 framework plugin v2.1.0, you will see the Optimize JS option, see the screenshot:
