The JA content popup works in my localhost but it does not work after I upload to Godaddy.com
Does it has anything to do with T3V3 or T3V2?

    Saguaros,
The thumbnail pictures look fine on the front page but the popup frame doesn’t have the content in it. (it shows file not found) I right click on the popup page, click on property and it shows “res://ieframe.dll/http_404.htm#http://www.l2associates.com”
I have to unpublish the module because my client wants it go live asap so you can not see the module on my site now.
But you can see the same situation on rockjoom13 ‘s url after you click on the thumbnail picture on the project thumbnail pictures.

Godaddy is a major hosting provider. These type of issues should not be happening. At this point it is just easier to disable popup feature. I followed the guidance of the links above – without any results. http://www.cascinoservices.com

    Hi rockjoom13,
The content popup module is working on GoDaddy now. You can try the following steps
    1. login to your GoDaddy web hosting account
    2. open your php.ini
    3. add
    cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1
    to your php.ini

    4. Save it

    5. remane php.ini to php.5.ini

    6. Click on “File Extensions Management” from the drop down menu “more”

    7. and edit .php and .php5 from “PHP5.2xFastCGI” to “PHP5.2X”

I hope your site will be working too.

    Good luck!!

    1. login your Godaddy accound
    2. click on “my account” (upper left corner)
    3. click on WEB HOSTING
    4. Click on “Launch” (button with Green background white letter on the right hand side)
    5. Click on File Manager from the dropdown menu tab “FILE & FTP”

You will be able to find php.ini

Alex is right, this file should be located in your server side, not in our template package.
