How do i remove the WELCOME TO THE HOMEPAGE title?

Thanks for your reply, but already found the solution. I am working with Joomla 1.5 now and needed to find my way in the application. So, problem solved!

Hi,

Solution was; Go to MAINMENU > HOME > PARAMETERS-SYSTEM and klik on HIDE for SHOW PAGE TITLE. (Which is WELCOME TO THE HOMEPAGE).

Hi, I am having the same problem on my site.
I have disabled the page title for Welcome to the homepage, but in my Site Title (at the top of the screen) I am still getting this issue.
Any Ideas?
