in the teline 3 template…

i upgraded my install to 1.5.17 and my template package for teline 3 to 1.4 and the joomla disclaimer appeared

i need to get rid of this disclaimer at the bottom of the template please: Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU/GPL License.

i have edited the footer file in the following file’s and folders and it is still there:
1. includes
2. languages> enGB
3. administrator > languages < enGB
4. template> html> mod_footer
5. layout> blocks > footer
