Sorry, but there is no option to set the column for the gallery view.
May i know from where you have taken the screenshot that is showing the columns view settings?
that does not seem to be from video gallery style2.

The option is not in the video gallery. I discussed it with development about new feature request.
It will be added if we have more user request for adding this option in the Video type block.
