I want to start a pay per download site, is it possible to use this template with VirtueMart, so when the user pays for download, lets say Mp3 or a document, he will have the access to the download file?

As it appears that VirtueMart is fully integrated with this template – and as VirtueMart allows for downloadable products – I would say that you can absolutely accomplish what you want to do.
