    Kindly share the page URL here and screenshots of the issue.
    So i have a look on it. If the image is in the background you can set the background size to 100% to make it responsive.
    If the text and description is used over the image it suggests you to use size as to cover so the bg image will cover the full background in mobile and does not resize.

    I think I figured it out deleting the image from the block and recreating it. Its now responsive.
