For some reason, one of the users on my client’s site sees some voices duplicated. Some show up twice, some three times and others only show up once. I have no idea what could cause this or have any clue how to solve it. If you need to see it to provide support, I can pm a support rep with the credentials.

No one has updated my ticket at all yet. Is anyone at least looking at the issue?
