The User Profile section of the form looks a bit messed up:

1. I logged in to the Joomla! backend.
2. I clicked Extensions > Plugins.
3. I navigated to the User – Profile plugin and enabled it.
4. I opened the User – Profile plugin to edit the options.
5. For Terms of Service I selected "Required".
6. For the Select TOS Article option I selected an item.
7. I clicked Save to save the changes.
8. I switched to the frontend of the site.
9. In the menu, I clicked Joomla Pages > Bonus Pages > Registration Form.

a. The Date of Birth label and field are not indented as the above labels and fields. The calendar icon should be displayed next to the Date of Birth Field.
b. The Terms of Service label is invisible.

When I use the Protostar template, these issues are unavailable, only T3 framework templates (T3 BS3 Blank and Purity III) are affected.

it needs some class changes in site depends on the menu as core change in bootstrap style effect on whole site . kindly put the site live and share details here i will provide some changes depends on your site .
try this code in custom.css if not work make site live.
