I created a site for my client using JA Builder. They have purchased their own JA Builder Pro license, however, cannot login to edit the page blocks.

I have tried to log in using my client’s credentials and am also getting "hash-not-match:" error, yet I am able to log in using my JA Builder Developer login, so suspect there is a problem with their account.

Already cleared browser cache and checked for ad blockers – none. Please can you make the first instant to check the client’s account with you.
