I have a couple of client websites which do have files or folder names with special characters like ä, ü, ö, ß etc. – however whenever the components tries to upload such file or directory to my S3 Bucket it stalls forever and every upload try will result in just another stall at the exact same file/directory – could you please fix this?

I have checked source code, it is an error of php core since it does not work properly with folder that contains special character.

You can check media component, it does not works properly with those folders too.

This bug should be solved on Joomla core rather than our component.

PS: please change those special character to solve this bug.
