Hi! I use this template with Joomla 2.5, now i want update it for Joomla 3. What is the best way? Are there any documentations? Thanks!

Hi
Please Follow this userguide to upgrade your Joomla .

First take a backup of your site .
Then install the backup on your Test sub domain .
Check the compatibility of all your Extension with Joomla 3.3
Take a backup of all your custom work .
Then update your Joomla as per above user guide .

Do not Play with your Live site.
