Prior to the latest upgrade 1.0.6, I had enabled the scroll to top button and it worked great. After the upgrade, the button is gone and I can’t find it in the editor anywhere? Has it been removed? Moved someplace? How do I turn it back on?

I enabled it and its showing fine now
