I installed the Purity-iii template (v1.1.5) and created a different-named duplicate template in order to learn the many capabilities of Purity-iii. Now that v1.1.6 has come out, how does one upgrade the differently-named duplicate template from v1.1.5 to v1.1.6 without losing the customization? I have tried to follow the JAEM, but feel I must not have something set correctly. Any assistance or guidance is welcome.

Hi
JAEM only update the template and extension that are JA Extensions/templates. If you duplicated the template with a different name , it no longer exist under JA Products and can not be updated via JAEM , You need to upgrade the template manually after comparing the files from new package files, and then update it one by one .

Do not forget to take full backup of site before update .
