Hi I’ve posted a similar question in another thread but didn’t get an answer… hopefully it works here.

Right now I’ve installed an out of the box Ja Puresite alltogheter with the quickstart package. Problem is that the JA updates don’t work. They didn’t on the previous project I was working on and they do not work on the new installation. JA extension manager doesn’t solve the issue. Here’s a screenshot:

Hi Barbara779,

Please use JA Extension Manager component to upgrade JA products. You can download it at here http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=2332 .
After installation goes successfully, please configure the JoomlArt account’s setting and this component as well!
