Update for Edenite to 1.6? Are there any issues with Job Board on that template? Can job posts be forwarded on via social media etc?

JA Edenite doesn’t support for Joomla 1.6.
With JAJobBoard, it supports to show social sharing button when viewing job details.

Hi vinhcv,
Do you know if JA plans on upgrading the tempalte for J 1.6. I read some posts on Joomla.org, but the documentation seemed to be incomplete. If JA is not going to upgrade this template, can someone post a link for the steps involved to do so?
This template can’t be that hard to upgrade seeing how simple it is, I just can’t find the full documentation on how to do it.
So far I’ve found: http://docs.joomla.org/Upgrading_a_Joomla_1.5_template_to_Joomla_1.6
and a few more, but they seem incomplete. Is it really that simple? or am I missing some important piece. Thanks

Hiya, if you check the thread here then you see the ‘official’ update date is June 2011 for Edenite.. I’d be astonished if it doesn’t support 1.6! Probably worthwhile you waiting for the June release.

Hi guys,

JA Edenite for Joomla 1.6 is finally here. http://joomla16-templates.joomlart.com/ja_edenite/ . Announcement will follow tomorrow. it is available for download at >> http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=20068

It took long, but its finally here. Runs on JA T3 framework 2. The userguide will take some time to come up, till then please install quickstart for reference, any bugs be reported for fix please.
