Hi,

I am trying to download templates on the site, but I am getting the "You need to login to download this item. Login now" message, even when logged in.

When I click on the "Login" link in the sentence above, I get brought back to the same download page with the same error. Screenshot attached.

Hi
I did not found the screenshot error in your last post .
Kindly clean your browser cache and then login on site and try to download the template .
Hope it works .

@nicklong: tick the ‘Remeber Me’ checkbox at login. If you are redirected and downloads are always disabled, reload the page.
