Hi,

I’ve tried to download templates (e.g. JA Zite) and get the error: “Cannot Create Folder”
I tried using Firefox, and Google Chrome, as suggested in earlier posts, but no success. >:(

Furthermore it’s not possible to submit a ticket. “504 Gateway Time-out”. Annoying. >:(

Please help.

I am still seeing the same error first is “Cannot create folder”, I refresh and then I get error: you are already downloading the file. Come again in 2 minutes…..

I was looking through a few templates for Joomla 1.5 for my old site. I can download none of them just now. But now all are fine. I don’t know why.
