Is there an issue connecting my site to the connection server?

Could you provide me the error screenshot and post the site credential in the Private reply?
You have to connect the site using your Joomlart username and password in the JA Builder login window.

If usernameor/and password is wroong there is a different error message.

Sorry still the same error:-(
I set up new login at my account at http://www.joomlart.com/forums, log off- log in with the new one – can log in as a memeber. Try to login with JA Page builder on the website cannot…
If you want I can sent you a new password then u may check whether you can login?

I checked your site and login is working fine, It seems cache of the browser.
Kindly try any other browser or try to login after clear cache OR open the Incognito tab from Chrome and log in.

I had the same problem and turned out you were right. The main issue was browser cache and when I tried chrome incognito it solved the issue.
