Did you redirect url to mobile via htaccess file? Please update ftp info .

No I left everything as default per installation. I have not change anything

Please check in root folder of website and find .htaccess file and disable it ( delete, change name, …)

I have done that and I still can’t access any mobile site from iphone or even if set the mobile template to default.
