Hi – when can I expect resolution to this issue? Ticket was submitted nearly half a year ago with no action taken on your side. Very disappointed in the premium service / support that I paid for!

Hi,

Apologies for this late response because we need time to check this bug.

You can try with my tweak below:
- Backup old files
- Download and extract my attached files and copy it to appropriate folder
```
modules/mod_ja_acm/helper.php
templates/uber/js/script.js
```
