    Hello All,

I have the JA Biz template and I want to use the red theme.

I installed a cache extension and it still won’t change even though it is default.

    Please advise.

Are you assigning the red theme to your respective pages – within your Template Manager – Theme settings?

thank you Tom for your reply,

in my haste I deleted a few templates from my template manager, I don’t see how i can change status to trash to recover them within the template manager.

is there a way to do this?

    Hi Tom,

I fixed this with a quick reinstall.

But I still can’t get the red to come up.

i even used themeagic on the default theme for red but the preview is red, not when I hit to see the site in the top right corner?

    Please advise.

It’s very hard to suggest the solution without seeing the issue directly, you can put the site to go Live. We will help you to check it further.
