    I get an email with this link:

    If I click on it I get a message that says I am not allowed to view it. Why?
    I have an active developer subscription.

    Your JA Developer subscription is still active right now, you should be able to visit all forums, including this thread https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/menu-type-shown-in-demo-for-demo-contents/.

    Could you try to reset your password or clean browser cache & cookies, then access the thread again.

    I have been away for some time and have returned to find I cannot access the forums.
    I have a JATC Standard Membership that is active.
    How can I access the forums?

    Please try this method I mentioned above: reset your password or clean browser cache & cookies, then access the forum again.

    If it does not help, let me know which forum you could not access so I could investigate further.
