in ja-splitmenu.css

find

#ja-splitmenu li.active_menu a:focus {ja-splitmenu.css (line 62)
background:#BBC790 url(../images/mainnav-on-bg.gif) no-repeat scroll center bottom;
}

replace #BBC790 as required
