Where can I delete the top routine at the bottom of the template?

Top routine? Are you on about the little “top” button at the bottom of the page that resurns you to the top of the page?

If that is the case please open plugins>system>jat3>base-themes>defauls>blocks>navhelper.php and edit or comment out the following line as required

<li class="top"><a href="<?php echo $this->getCurrentURL();?>#Top" title="Back to Top"><?php echo JText::_('Top') ?></a></li>

Oh, and remember to clear your jat3 cache before testing or you will not see the changes.
