When javascript is disabled the main horizontal menu doesnt´show up at all. There is just blank space. There should be at least some kind of fallback when the split option is choosen. Is this intended?

We will update this feature (the template will be update to fix some bugs in next several hours). However, withouth javascript, only splitmenu work.

Thanks, but in the demo the split menu option seems still to rely on JavaScript.
