I am trying to enable or create the contact us top bar for Uber beauty template. It won’t show once i turn on the module.
The position is top bar 1
please advise me if im doing something wrong?

it seems you want to create utility bar in the top .
Kindly create a module with ACM style > Bar style -1 and publish it on acm-topbar position .
Contact info style is used to display the contact blocks in the footer that you can see in different Uber site footers .

Can you please explain what did you do? Because i created that module and publish it in topbar-1 position and it never came out. Did you enable it or add it on the layout section from the template layout?
