    Hi,

    1. It is slow to load
This could be Hosting-related or it could be speeded up by using a compression plugin and cache.

    2. I am not able to put the correct pic on the JA Menu
I’m not sure what you mean specifically. I don’t think it’s possible to use images inside the menu as it isn’t a ‘Mega-Menu’

    3. not able to assemble top and side Menu
These are edited from the ‘Menu’s’ drop down in the admin panel where you can add and remove items.

    4. User 1 and User 2 Modules are not fixing with pics
User 1 looks blank at the moment so I can’t really advise.

    5. The Joomla Logo is appearing with URL.
You need to remove the ‘favicon.ico’ from the template root folder or replace it with your own
‘…because open source matters’ is also showing under the logo but that can be removed from inside the template settings in the admin panel.

    6. Some of the pics are not correctly fixing with the spaces.
The images used are currently too wide at 326px. If you reduce the size down to 290px wide they will fit perfectly.

Hope this helps a little, if you need me to look in depth send me a PM.

    Cheers,

    Jason.
