I fixed it directly on your site in file "/html/mod_articles_category/projects.php" in template "ja_sugite".
There are some incorrect syntax in file i removed them.

I replace
<h<?php echo $item_heading+1; ?>>

with

in file "/html/mod_articles_category/projects.php" in template "ja_sugite".
Now u can see issue is fixed on your site.
