Hello,

I am having a problem when trying to save a new theme color with ThemeMagic. I have read some past forum topics but I feel like I am over my head…

I can send you a super user if needed.

The ThemeMagic is holding up when trying to save theme changes. I have tried changing the cache settings in Joomla! and on my hosting control panel. The Theme I am trying to change and apply is gcpmblue.

Hi,

Make sure that you set the correct permission for file / folder on your site: File-644 and Folder-755

And also try to change the memory_limit value to at least 128Mb, you can contact your host for help to change this as it belongs to server side.
