Hi, I recently loaded your latest template FOCUS on one of my servers.

It already has quite a few JoomlaRT’s running on it.

This one i cant get to work thou. Need Help ASAP

Did you supply them with the administrative login information that they need to go in and take a look at the problem?

For what it’s worth, the JA Focus QuickStart installed and ran fine on my server. Getting some of the modules configured correctly is a different matter.

Hi
The issue is from your server.
Kindly ask your hosting provider to enable Multibyte String (mbstring)
Currently, its disable this is why you are facing the issue to run the files.You can check it disabled or enabled from Joomla admin > system > system information > PHP Settings.
