We updated our site to Joomla 3.8 and the site would no longer fully load, nothing appearing to work

When will you have an update for Joomla 3.8 for this template?

Hi,

The latest version of JA Social II template should be compatible with J3.7.5, kindly take a backup of your site and update latest version for template and T3 plugin.

If problem still persists, you can share the credentials of your site and clarify the issue in details so I will check for you.

It appears to be working fine on 3.8.1. Try flushing your Joomla! cache and Browser cache. If working on localhost and the problem is not solved, try restarting your webserver.

No, this is not true. The current version of the T3 Framewrok is incompatible with Joomla 3.8
