    Hi everyone,

I would like to create a table of contents of book to place it in the sidebar.
I’ve been watching progressive sidebar navigation of Joomlart but I need to cover a book and not just an article. I have found something similar to what I want in this web: http://librosweb.es/libro/bootstrap_3/capitulo_1/contenidos_de_bootstrap.html

We can see that the navigation covers the whole book.
We can go forward, backward, or go to any part of the book.
This is easily done in Drupal with the book tool, but nevertheless, in Joomla I have not managed to do it.

Does anyone know if there is a possibility program this setting?
Does anyone know if there is any plugin that can do this?
Could Joomlart create an extension with this functionality?

    Thank you all.

    Hi Pankaj, thanks for answering.

Yes, as I say in my message, that solution is fine for an article, but I was looking for something to cover an entire book, this implies that the same table of contents has to serve for several articles.

The example of my previous message is made with symfony.
The following is another example in this case has been done with Grav: http://www.kunena.org/docs/en/

I look for something similar to both examples to do it in Joomla.

    Thanks.

    Hi
You can search the extensions on Joomla extension directory here.
Or use the custom links in the sidebar with #id .
    Regards
