I have a table with various cells having background colors. They display properly in the article, and when I use the print icon from the article, the popup displays them properly. But if I click the printer button from the popup the colors are not printed on the paper.

How do I get the printout to use the same styling?

It’s likely that the browser’s print settings are overriding your web pages. After all, most users might not want to waste ink by printing backgrounds on web pages.
