This is not a new install. I have had T3 for a few years. I noticed recently that the horizontal menu is missing to edit Megamenu (see attached image)

@joomlaexcel: I’ve just jumped your thread and I could not use static IP and it will be changed when I reboot my network and I access the backend of your site but it redirects to home.

About your question, you can see the Megamenu button and you can change the configuration of the megamenu setting as my screenshot: http://prntscr.com/djnso5
