Hello,

The menu colors change through out the website. How can I switch the colors around?

Add this code to this file /templates/ja_teline_iv_t3/css/custom.css

change all color code in the as you wish in the below code.

.t3-mainnav {
background: #ff0000 ;
border-bottom: 5px solid #000000 !important;
border-top: 1px solid #cccccc !important;
}

.dropdown-menu {
background: #888888 ;
}

This code change background colors of the whole menu. So, please post a screenshot how exact color combination you need for the menu and dropdown menu.
