On site front end you have off-canvas sidebar enabled http://prntscr.com/ei3xgx
And there is no menu module.
I just configured the menu module again http://prntscr.com/ei3xyx
But your site giving me this error after login http://prntscr.com/ei3yag
can u share screenshot of issue and give the access of site ?

Yes, sorry, the menu in the middle (i think its position is "off canvas") is not working as expected:

Problem is I can’t access the article behind "Beleidsdocumenten" via that sub menu.

I can access the article "Beleidsdocumenten" via the main menu.

It looks the 3rd level parent menu does not be clickable in menu module this why you are facing this issue.
I will replicate this in fresh package and update you after test with dev member.
