still having issues almost 2weeks from purchase and more than one support ticket

i was given some assistance from a board member so i can now say i have accounts that can verify the social feed

however i still so nothing feeding

Please tell me what is your problem and sent me your access information via PM so I can take a look.
Please also send me the facebook account id, twitter id, instagram id …

You can also try reinstall the latest package if needed.
