Hello I would like to put in place the modules ja-tabs, 4 static banners, how can I do to get such a thing?

You can check the available module position in your site: http://www.fabbricagonfiabili.it/?tp=1 and see that there are 4 positions: user1, user2, user3, user4. You can create new module which will display those banners and assign to above positions.
