I have a problem with Spotlight content block
The top two positions are shown next to each other instead of one.
Squares are not displayed responsive.
How can I solve this problem?

Also, the menu does not work properly – menu button from Collapse navigation for small screens

Sincerely i do not know when these functions are working properly; i have made frequent updates from Joonlart and have not checked every time. I use the site very much on my desktop. Today I noticed these issues on the smartphone.

Glad the issue is solved, please take backup of site before update Joomla.
OR try the update on a test site, if you will get this issue again, kindly write back to us with a URL and screenshot.
I will check it.
