Spam in Social Feeds
Does anyone know how this can happen?
I am getting feeds into my jasocial from alias users…. like spam type videos from youtube and some from College Humor. I know College Humor was in the original quickstart, but have
—deleted all accounts in jasocial setup
— and deleted actual files and they come back into my server??
—They are unpublished so not showing on my site, but taking server space.

Hi ibthe,

As you know, this JA Social Feed plugin imports feed from specific Youtube user name which you put in settings of this plugin only, not other youtube account.

The solution here is that you can:

– Delete profile that you don’t want to import feed from
– Disable plugin: when plugin is enabled, depend on cron interval time you set, the plugin will automatically import feed into your site. When you want to import feed, you enable it again.
