Where is the mooto module.

It says you don’t have to install anything just send whatever to user 5….all that happens is the things in the lft position get stretched

Yes, it is. You are only need to publish an module to user5 position and is will be display on the tab box.
And please kindly remember: The module published to user5 position MUST have title and it must set to SHOW

mootabs is fine, you must put more than one module in user 5 for it to work
