I am getting slow loading on my pages – several seconds sometimes

I wonder if this is due to MooFX or how I can determine what it is due to? If you look at the page, the MooFX images show this clock-like animation while the page loads. When this is happening, the menu also is not available.

Is there a way to see the what is causing the page to load so slowly or a way to speed it up a bit? I do have some flickr integration, but this was happening before the flickr images were installed and working. So I tend to think it is wiht the MooFX or TransMenu. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

moofx is a client side script, if your page loads slowly pulling content from server, it can be of another components or modules
