Dear members,

i have an issue with the website i am developin with the JA-Focus template. The website is working properly, beside 1 page and this is the page where a Categoryblog is displayed This takes aprox 14,21 sec. 14211 ms 33.3 msLoading 200.2 msScripting 45.1 msRendering 3.1 msPainting 162.5 msOther 13766.9 msIdle

the rest is okay, but this is to long. is this a known issue, and how can i solve this…

Hi Jan,

You can test that page with one of tools mentioned in this blog post and see which one takes time to load

thanks for your help sofar. i did the test:

Fully Loaded Time 21.4s Total Page Size 834KB Requests 50

when i analyse the websitepage with the issue (webpage) by using GTmetrix i found out the following:

1. list text hereServe scaled images. Serving scaled images could save 263.4KiB (86% reduction). These images are automatically resized in HTML or CSS from 800×450 to 98×55. this is done by the website, and not done by a user.

2. Leverage browser caching for the following cacheable resources: https://www.radionomy.com/css/exportable.css (expiration not specified) https://www.radionomy.com/en/OnAir/GetCurrentSongPlayer (expiration not specified) https://www.radionomy.com/images/icons/icon-close.png (expiration not specified) https://www.radionomy.com/js/jquery.cookie.js (expiration not specified) https://www.radionomy.com/js/radionomy.api.agentid.js (expiration not specified) https://www.radionomy.com/js/radionomy.player.js (expiration not specified) https://www.radionomy.com/js/synchrobanner.js (expiration not specified) https://i3.radionomy.com/radios/300/2875a361-35f9-4dc1-98f3-fbf744db1121.jpg (15 minutes) https://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js (2 hours) https://www.zeewoldekiest.nl/t3-assets/js/js-c140c-56392.js (2 days)

i cannot change the external items, only on my own server, which i have done by adding expores caching in mine htacces file (see copy)

when i use the frontpage, i dont have any issue at all. the average speed is 1.9 sec.

i hope anybody can help me to sort this out …

Hi,

Somehow, it takes time to loads images on that page: http://prntscr.com/hytrul (almost 2 seconds for each image).

Pls try to use compression tool to optimize images on this page, or contact your hosting provider for further investigation.
