Ok add this code to template.css

p.site-slogan .contentheading, .componentheading, h3{ font-family: Bardley Hand ITC !important; }

remember to Clean Cahce

Or you can try to do with my below solution

Open templates/ja_travel/css/template.css file

Add new script

#ja-slogan h3 { font-family: Bardley Hand ITC; }
