Hi
Open /css/custom.css file and add below code
```
.acm-slideshow .owl-carousel .item:before {
    background: transparent!important;
```
it will remove the grey mask from slideshow images .
Clean Joomla and browser cache after saving changes .

Why the other photos, I do not GREY mask, only this one does

All image have same effect , you can remove it by adding below code . It work for all images .
